Just received my second order - this time it was for two floating frames that, like the first order, were slightly oversized as I had requested because I wanted a 1/2\" gap rather than the standard 1/4\" gap. The frames were perfect and I easily mounted the paintings with the hardware provided in about an hour - and they look great. Thanks so much for the great job on my icon (plaque). The corners were perfectly mitered, my artwork was sized exactly right, and the wood color was just what I hoped. My only warning to customers is that my artwork spent a month in Canadian customs on its way to you, so people need to plan for that if they are physically sending artwork. But once my piece was received by you, everything was timely, including shipping. Thanks again for the wonderful work!
