This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work.
